Hosted by MacMurray Foundation & Alumni Association, the annual MacMurray College alumni will gather September 12 & 13 in Jacksonville for their annual Alumni Weekend. Activities will be held on the former campus of the college as family and friends gather to celebrate their experience at MacMurray, renew friendships and recognize what the college meant to them individually and collectively.

The weekend will recognize the 50th anniversary of the formation of Holy Fools, a campus organization who provided religious based programs on campus and throughout central Illinois.

A welcome reception will be held at Twisted Tree Winery on Friday evening. Other highlights include a tour of some of the former campus buildings, a flag football game of former Mac football players, a food truck and activities “under the tent” and Foundation Awards and recognitions in the former chapel. As the Jacksonville Area Museum undergoes renovation, MacMurray’s display will be near complete in time for the weekend.

The capstone event, the Saturday evening Alumni Dinner and Awards at Chapter II Events (formerly Henry Pheiffer Library) where annual Alumni and Foundation Awards and recognitions will be presented.
