MacMurray Foundation & Alumni Association is pleased to announce that students can now begin applying for its 2026-2027 scholarships. For information about the Scholarship program and to apply, please go to https://www.macalumfoundation.org/scholarships. Scholarships available range from $1500 to $5000; applications are open from January 1-March 15.
In making the announcement, Scholarship Committee Chair Sandy Watson noted that, thanks to the generosity of MacMurray College’s alumni and friends, MacMurray Foundation and Alumni Association has been able to award more $260,000 to more than 100 individual students since it began providing scholarships for the 2021-2022 academic year. Awards have been provided primarily to students who are members of or sponsored by members of MacFam, which includes alums, former faculty, staff, and board members and their relatives. To continue to recognize and support the Jacksonville area where MacMurray College was located, the Foundation also awards a scholarship to a former awardee of a Jacksonville Promise scholarship. In addition, the Foundation also has a scholarship available for a community college graduate intending to finish a bachelor’s degree as a residential student at a four-year college.
