Alumni Weekend 2025 has been moved to Fall!

Mark your calendar now to spend September 12 – 14 in Jacksonville, Illinois. We hope you’ll join your MacFam for reminiscing and renewing friendships

REUNIONS

We especially invite members of the classes of 1955, 1965, 1975, 1985, 1995, 2005, and 2015 to return for a reunion year.

As this is the 50th Anniversary of the founding of Holy Fools, we are hopeful many will also join us and be part of then program n celebration.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WEEKEND

  • Friday Evening Gathering at Twisted Tree Music Hall (east side of Jacksonville, Fee Required, open to all)
  • Informal Gathering at Bahan’s

Saturday

  • Registration, t-shirts and reminiscing together under the Tent
  • On the lawn of the former President’s House
  • MacMurray Gallery at Jacksonville Area Museum open
  • Tours of some of the former MacMurray College buildings
  • Football Alumni Flag Football Game
  • At the former Freesen Field on campus
  • 50th Anniversary Holy Fools celebration
  • Alumni Dinner & Awards (fee required)

Sunday

  • Worship Service (location to be determined)

ALUMNI AWARDS

The Alumni Awards are a continuation of recognition and awards previously conducted by MacMurray Alumni Board while the college was active. MacMurray Foundation is proud to continue these special recognitions and honors

Do you know an alum who deserves recognition? Please nominate him/her for an Alumni Award.

Distinguished Alumni Award

  • Any alumnus or alumnae (who attended MacMurray for at least two semesters or is a graduate) who has distinguished himself/herself within his/her chosen field and through service to MacMurray or their community.
  • Distinguished Career Award
  • A graduate or student of at least three years who has exhibited excellence and outstanding work in his/her chosen career or occupation.

Community Service Award

  • A graduate or student of at least three years who has distinguished himself/herself through outstanding volunteer service to his/her community.

Registration Fee and Alumni Dinner cost to be announced in the near future. Registration Fee will include one t-shirt per registration.
